Imbroglio Desk Calendar

Designed by Jean Pierre Vitrac, 1973

Rather than design a calendar which could only be used for a year, the French product designer Jean-Pierre Vitrac developed one that can be re-used year after year for TwentyTwentyone in London. Born in Bergerac in 1944, Vitrac studied sculpture at the Ecole des Arts Appliqués in Paris, but found a job designing cosmetics packaging for Lancôme after graduation. He has since designed everything from kitchen knives and baby buggies, to a bus shelter.
