Mikroman Working
£7.50
This was the first incarnation of Sam Buxton’s MIKROman – a replica of Sam working at his computer, produced as a business card after he graduated from the Royal College of Art. The card was exhibited at the Design Museum in summer 2001 and spotted by Worldwide, who put it into production. Buxton has since applied the same process of chemically milling fine sheets of stainless steel into fold-up sculptures of MIKROman in various guises.
