Wooden Monkey
£79.00
A favourite with Danish children for decades this cheeky, pliable Teak Monkey was designed in 1951 by Kay Bojesen (1886-1958) as one of a collection of children’s objects he developed for Rosendahl. The Teak Monkey often appears on Danish television, particularly in wildlife programmes and as a popular prize in quizz shows. Its popularity spread beyond Denmark in the 1990s when it was adopted as the mascot of Wallpaper* magazine.
