By choosing to Click + Collect, you can shop online and collect your purchases from us at Design Museum Shop at your convenience, where they will be ready and waiting for you to pick up.
NB: You must bring both your order confirmation email and the credit card you used to pay for the order when you collect. Orders will be available to collect from 12.00 Noon to 5.30PM and only 2 hours after you have completed the checkout process.
Click and Confirm Membership
Our Click and Collect service is not available for Membership packages, instead to allow you to activate your membership straight away we have a Click and Confirm service.
Simply purchase your membership via the online shop, print off your order confirmation e-mail and bring it with you (along with proof of identification) when you next come to the museum.
Your membership card and welcome letter will then be sent out to you within the next three to five working days.
