Delivery Times
During the busy Christmas period and in the event of adverse weather conditions Royal Mail may experiencing some disruption to their normal service and parcels may take slightly longer to arrive.
The majority of our orders are handled by Royal Mail and are sent First Class Recorded, Next Day Delivery. This means they will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so please ensure you are having the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it in order to avoid any disappointment.
If no-one is present, Royal Mail should leave a calling card and take the package to the nearest post office collection depot to your address. Royal Mail then hold the package for one week only, before returning it to us. Parcels not received or collected that are returned to us will be subject to a repeat delivery charge.
UK customers can expect delivery within 48 hours (except at weekends) but please allow 3 working days before checking the status of the order.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us and we can arrange something.
International Delivery Times:
Europe: Allow up to 3 weeks.
Rest of the World: Allow up to 5 weeks.
