Click and Collect:
If you wish to collect purchases in the shop, you can select this option during checkout.
As a special treat, if you choose to collect, you'll be eligible for a half-price ticket to the museum! Simply present your order confirmation email at the front desk.
NB: You must bring both your order confirmation email and the credit card you used to pay for the order when you collect. Orders will be available to collect from 12.00 Noon to 4.30PM and only 2 hours after you have completed the checkout process.
UK Standard Delivery Times:
Orders placed before 3PM on a working day are sent out the same day. Orders placed after 3PM are dispatched the following working day. While we cannot guarantee next day delivery once the order has left us, most of the time that is the case.
The majority of our orders are handled by Royal Mail and are sent First Class Recorded, Next Day Delivery. This means they will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so please ensure you are having the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it in order to avoid any disappointment.
If no-one is present, Royal Mail should leave a calling card and take the package to the nearest post office collection depot to your address. Royal Mail then hold the package for one week only, before returning it to us. Parcels not received or collected that are returned to us will be subject to a repeat delivery charge.
UK customers can expect delivery within 48 hours (except at weekends) but please allow 3 working days before checking the status of the order.

Europe: Allow up to 3 weeks.
Rest of the World: Allow up to 5 weeks.
