Cancelling an order:
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days following the receipt of the item(s).
To cancel, you must return the goods to us and take reasonable care of them in the interim. Goods must be returned to us in what we consider to be re-saleable condition. DVD's or CD's that have been opened or unwrapped are exempt from refunds. You are required to pay for the postage if you wish to return the goods, any charges incurred for returning items will not be paid by the Design Museum Shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Send the goods along with a copy of the original receipt to:

Refunds will be usually be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Faulty or damaged goods:
If an item or product arrives that is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will help you to resolve any problems.
