Print in the digital age: Redesigning The Guardian newspaper

Earlier this year The Guardian launched in a new tabloid format, a move prompted by a marked increase in the number of people choosing to read the news online and a consequent fall in print sales.

The move to tabloid has been a unique opportunity for the newspaper, allowing for a complete design overhaul across both its print and digital platforms.

To complement the Design Museum's pop-up display exploring the design process behind The Guardian’s new tabloid format, the Design Museum shop is offering limited numbered editions of three typographic posters that offer a glimpse into the design decisions behind the new format.
