FAQs
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can checkout online using PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that the museum accepts digital/card payments only, including our ticket desk, shops and cafes.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates are calculated using a matrix of individual product weights and the destination of your order. Once you have completed the shipping address in the checkout process the shipping fee will be added to your order. Some items have additional shipping charges and extended delivery times as noted on the individual product page.
Free standard shipping is eligible on UK orders over £60. Please note: Next Day Shipping is excluded from this offer and bulky orders or orders that weigh over 15kg volumetric weight will not qualify for free shipping either.
Alternatively you can order click & collect at no extra charge.
How can I submit my product or book for sale in the shop?
We are always on the look out for the best new design from around the world. Due to the huge amount of submissions we receive please be patient when waiting for a response. If you would like to submit your item for sale in the shop please send a quick email including a brief description of the product, pricing, images and a link to your website to buying@designmuseum.org
Are there any vacancies at the Design Museum Shop?
We are a small and almost perfectly formed team. Shop vacancies come up rarely, but when they do we advertise them on the main Design Museum website. However, we gladly accept CV's at any time and keep them on file for a maximum period of three months. Feel free to submit your CV, with a covering letter outlining your experience and interests to info@designmuseum.org
Are you selling a range for the Barbie exhibition?
The products in our Barbie collection are available exclusively in-store at the Design Museum. If possible, we urge you to come in and see the work that our team have done to transform our High Street Kensington Shop into a haven for all things Barbie. While you cannot purchase our Barbie pieces online, we have curated a dreamy edit of our best-loved pastel home decor in homage to the exhibition, which you'll find here.
