- This original archive poster advertises a 1986 exhibition at the Boilerhouse: the first iteration of the Design Museum set up by the Conran Foundation in 1981.
- New Design for Old looked at new products created to help older people remain independent at home.
- Float mounted on a conservation-grade mount board with a 20 mm border.
- Its solid ash frame has been carefully stained with water-based paint (which is non-flammable and more environmentally friendly than oil-based paint) and applied with a coloured lacquer to create a deep lustre.
- Please note that these are original archive prints rather than reproductions, so may exhibit small markings.
- Designed by Vignelli Associates. Only 37 original New for Old prints remain.
