Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Design Museum Shop gift card. 

Please note: gift cards can only be redeemed for online orders and are not valid in store or for purchasing exhibition tickets. You must use your gift card within 12 months of purchase.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions how to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Here’s how it works

  1. You order online
    Individual gift cards are available from £10.00 to £50.00. You can buy more than one card to get to the exact total you want to give. Your friend or family member can redeem multiple cards in a single order.
  2. You receive an email
    Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing a link to the gift card and the unique code needed to redeem the card on the Design Museum Shop website.
  3. Send to your friend or family member
    You can then either forward the email directly to your friend or family member, or print out the card so that you can give it to them in person or include it with a greetings card.
  4. Your friend or family member redeems the card
    Cards are valid against all products on the Design Museum Shop site. They are valid for 12 months and don’t need to be spent all at once. We automatically keep track of the card balance and any remaining value can be redeemed against other future orders. Create an account to keep track of the balance on the card yourself.

Returns

You have a right to a refund if you request one within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charges but does not include the cost of returning the items.

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, we will send you a returns label.

Earrings and some other specified items (this will be clearly listed on the product page) are non-returnable.

Members discount

If you are a member, your 10% discount will apply automatically at checkout when you're logged into your account.
